  Amazing 👏

  Liked: Love this place,really good location very nice view calm and really friendly. Nice pool and good atmosphere with good breakfast. We liked the pony and the Dream bedrooms.

  Disliked: Be aware there is a steep road. Don't go down with your car or if you're old, ask them to help you

  Disliked: The parking is on the road and of you try to park on site you better don't have a large car, because the entrance is really really narrow and I scratched my car

  Disliked: The owner and his assistant were very very rude, when we called them before going them, they seemed so friendly, when we arrived they suggested to us some conditions for the payment ( we already payed through booking.com once) we didn’t accept their rules and they obbligate us to pay the breakfast if we don’t accept. We had no other option because we do not know the area to find for something else and we just agreed to pay more the breakfast (25€ extra), after that they treated us very bad, ignoring us at all😔. The other day the assistant Monica was coming several times during the breakfast bothering us to remind us the payment of the breakfast we asked her kindly to let us finish the breakfast first, at least to drink the coffee, she refused with the excuse that she had to go, My boyfriend had to interrupt the poor breakfast and yo go do the payment. For more, a while before doing the check out we saw near to our tent a black disgusting snake and when we told to them they answered just with a “ what do you expect is summer and you choose to come in mountains. Very bad, very bad. Bad experience at all. Anyways Rapallo city was beautiful.
