  Bien pour une courte durée

Liked: L’emplacement ainsi que le parking, et le supérette à 30 mètres

Disliked: Les traces de moisissures dans la sdb et le manque d’entretien de la douche et de sa canalisation

Liked: We loved this apartment. Easy comms with the host. Provided Parking is good. Just a short walk away from the center. Local supermarket just around the corner. Very convenient for Portofino. In summer months, just walk to Portofino and along the way swim a million times at very inviting and cosy little beaches.

  Great location and helpful Host

Liked: Location. Single parking garage. The owner: incredibly helpful and provided excellent information.

Disliked: Needed a deep clean and light maintenance. WiFi was really poor.

Good location and value for a stay in Santa Margarita Liguria

Liked: The property is good. It is clean, well maintained and modern. It is a 15 min, slow walk to the beach, during which you pass several bars and restaurants. Check in and out was easy. Available parking in a garage was really nice since we were driving.

Disliked: A bit out of the way, but in a quiet area. The washer was difficult to use, it did not operate as expected.

Very good, we are not dissapointed

Liked: Good location, 15min till the beach and train station, supermarket just 200m away. Comfy bed, everything was very good. Especially great bonus, the car parking box. There is a problem to find parking place in St.Margarita.
