Exceptional
Liked: Clean, good facilities, comfortable, good hosts.
Disliked: Rubbish bins removal between 5 and 6am. It is noisy for my taste, but maybe it is just me.
Liked: Very comfortable stay! The rooms, cleanness, kitchen facilities, location - everything was perfect! I also liked the interior with special charm. And the host was responsive and very kind, allowing us early check-in and late check-out. There is a big supermarket nearby and well equipped kitchen which was really great for home made family dinners. We enjoyed our stay and would come back!
The apartment was impeccable, a true gem!
Liked: The apartment was extremely clean. Impeccable. When we arrived, there were fresh fruits and bottled water available. The apparent had everything that we needed. Kitchen had all amenities, cutlery, plates, toaster, etc. There were even games for kids to play with. I have used booking.com to rent places for over 10 years, and I must say that this was the best accommodation that we have rented. Grazie mille Maria Teresa and Stefano!
Disliked: Everything was excellent!
Awesome
Liked: Super clean. Very convenient location. Parking is easy access. Walking distance almost everything. 10-15 min from the beach through the nice narrow streets of Santa Margheritta. A lot of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets are very close. The owners are very responsive and helpful.
Disliked: The mattress is somewhat hard.
Cozy and well equipped apartment
Liked: The apartment has a cozy atmosphere and is very well equipped (especially the kitchen). The hosts were great (check-in very smooth) and easy to contact. In the apartment there were even flyers and tourist guides available as well as some refreshments (e.g. water in the fridge, jam for breakfast). A supermarket is just a few minutes away by foot and the garage belonging to the apartment is very convenient.
Disliked: Nothing to complain.
Liked: Apartment was really well equipped with everything you could possibly need during your stay. Compact cute and functional.
Disliked: Everything was great.
