  A dream place — an incredible last night, and we can't wait to come back

  Liked: A beautiful historic adults-only villa in Santa Margherita Ligure. Our room had a sea view and a lovely patio, and the whole house felt elegant, peaceful and full of character. It was the perfect ending to our trip along the Ligurian coast.

  Disliked: Honestly, nothing. We only wished we could have stayed longer.

  Lovely villa

  Liked: The villa is beautiful and artistic and the room is spacious. I really like the fresco. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very good with enough variety. We enjoyed sitting in the nice garden. It was close to the train station but there wasn’t any noice at night.

  Absolutely Amazing, I'll definitely come back

  Liked: Absolutely beautiful building, even better than it looked in the photos. Loved Lady on reception, I didn't catch her name.

  Disliked: The only thing I would say, is if you arriving on the train and walking up the many steps to the property, there was some litter on the steps and over the railway bridge which doesn't give a good impression. But don't let that put you off, and I guess that is nothing to do with the Hotel.

  Lovely villa with a killer view of the bay

  Liked: Staff accommodating, the view was very nice, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, the breakfast was fine, Two items to be aware of, the property is located midway up a hill so you need to walk some steep stairs. If you're somewhat mobility limited, or have heavier luggage, use the road in front of the train station. It less steep but a bit longer. Also, the property is above the rail lines so you will hear the trains passing.

  Disliked: Walk up and train noise.

The reception does not have 24-hour service as we are a historic villa and we put the guest's privacy first but we are always available via WhatsApp.

If you need to check in outside these times, please inform us in advance to better organize your arrival.

We take this opportunity to inform you that, for arrivals between 18:00 pm and 20:00 pm, a supplement of 20 euros will be applied, while for arrivals between 20:00 pm and 23:00 pm, a supplement of 50 euros to cover additional costs related to late reception.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
