Disliked: We never heard back after self-checking. The room was extremely noisy as it was situated on a traffic street. The breakfast was pitiful, and our requests for fruit and scrambled eggs were not honored. The bathroom had broken tiles. It was very difficult to work the key to go in. Insufficient instructions were given to operate the wifi.

Disliked: Awful experience – I would not recommend this place. First of all, this is not really a hotel as I expected. It is much more like an Airbnb/self-check-in accommodation. You need a PIN code to access the building, but despite booking several days in advance, I was never provided with one. When I arrived with my two children, I checked all my Booking.com messages and there was nothing. I called the property several times with no answer and also sent messages with no response. It took over an hour before they finally started replying through the Booking.com app and provided some basic information. Meanwhile, my phone was running out of battery and I had limited internet access, so I had to find a coffee shop with my children just to charge my phone and try to sort everything out. Not a good experience at all after travelling. The room itself was very basic. The TV was extremely small, the window did not close properly, and in the morning we found ants around the table. Breakfast was advertised as included. I went with my son expecting at least a normal basic hotel breakfast. Instead, we were given a yoghurt and some toasted bread with chocolate spread or jam. No eggs, omelette, or other hot breakfast options. I travel a lot and I have honestly never experienced a hotel breakfast like this. We only booked for two nights because we were leaving from here for a cruise. On our final morning, at 10:00 AM we were told we had to leave the room. I had expected checkout to be around 12:00, as is common in many hotels, but apparently checkout here is 10:00. We were given around 10 minutes to get ourselves and the children ready and leave. Afterwards, while we were sitting in the hallway waiting for the children to properly wake up and get organised, a lady came after us questioning us about the towels. I explained that every towel they had provided was still inside the room and that we had not taken anything.
