Liked: WOW!!! What an amazing find in Ravenna! Beautiful room, fantastic owner (Yulia), wonderful breakfast, and 2 lovely courtyard areas to sit in. Everything about this property was perfect for us!
Disliked: The beds could be a bit softer for those with pressure point issues. There wasn't anything else at all that we didn't like.

Liked: The host Yulia was incredibly friendly and welcoming and showed excellent attention to detail. The location was excellent, close to city centre, train station, main religious attractions in the city. Communication with the property in advance regarding a late arrival (8pm) was efficient. Enjoyed the period furniture and artworks which gave the house an authentic homely feel. Also, the Breakfast was high quality with good range of hams, cheese, fruit.
Disliked: A safe in the room would have been a good addition. Also the TV remote needed new batteries:)

Liked: The owner(?) Yulia, prepared an excellent breakfast basket for my wife and I which she delivered to us the night before we left the residence for our 6:08AM train ride to Rome - that was so nice and and just over the top customer care. We loved the setup of the room, very clean, nice furnishings, bathroom with seemingly NEW fixtures, toilet, bidet, shower and heated rack for towels. We had a comfortable night of stay. It also has a cute open patio with a table and chair for two - for breakfast lunch and dinner, and so perfect for a romantic night cap with wine and hors d'oeuvres. The residence is so central, a very short walk to the city center, restaurants and historic and cultural attractions. And very importantly, it is also a few minutes walk to/from the train station of Ravenna. We definitely will book a stay at the residence again, by the next opportunity that we are in Ravenna. Well worth the price for the stay. Jess & Jean
