  Okay stay

Liked: Location Gloria at reception was delightful.

Disliked: Apartment very dark in daytime. Bathroom door hard to slide closed. No facility for hot drinks. Breakfast selection limited, lots of cake...waiter rudely accused my husband of touching the bread, not using the tongs and brought the pieces to the table waving the tongs. It was very embarrassing.

Great stay for the city centre visit

Liked: The location is great, just next to the city centre, which can be accesed on foot. The staff at the reception was kind and helpful. The rooms were spatious and clean, though could use a bit of paint. The breakfast was delicious and very varied. Upon chek-in, if you arrive by car, they arrange for the ZTL pass, as the hotel is located within the permanently closed limited traffic zone and they even help you with parking, which is great.

Disliked: The bathroom could not be locked when occupied. It closed nicely, just missing the key. The walls could use a touch-up of paint.

Liked: The breakfast was amazing! Service was excellent! Great location and very spacious rooms!

Disliked: If I had to suggest an improvement, it would be to replace the keys with keycards.
