Fabulous
Liked: I am on a backpacking trip so this was a nice, quiet and comfortable break from hostels:) Lucla was very kind and caring, the room was charming, spacious and comfortable, and the house 2min away from the train station and just a short walk away from the town's city center: very practical when you're on foot with a heavy backpack haha. I strongly recommend!

Liked: The hostess was extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and comfortable. They also allowed us to store our luggage, which was very convenient. Highly recommended!

Liked: Convenient, cheap, the owner was there when she said she would be, the place was really clean and comfortable, Wi-Fi worked very well
Disliked: It was very hot so it would have been good to keep the fan on but it only works when the light is on. Would be nice to have a kettle but for that price you don’t really expect extras
Most unwelcome and stressful experience
Liked: Walking distance from town. Clean.
Disliked: Please welcome your customers rather than treat them like a nuisance to put up with; extreme inflexibility relating to a minor arrival time change due to train delays. Exhausting rules pasted in all possible locations. Train station location noise because lacking a/c open windows. Beds are too short. Spiral staircase is a challenge.
