  Great homestay, close to mosaics

  Liked: Quiet room on 6th floor (elevator). Was provided an Italian breakfast each morning. Bed is low but is very comfortable. The A/C was super quiet while running and it kept our bedroom at a great temperature. Great respite after a day of sightseeing. Hosts were not in attendance during our stay but were available via messaging with any questions or issues. Would stay again if in the area.

  Disliked: Was provided a small washcloth and robe. As a personal preference I'd rather have a large towel instead to dry off with and just be prepared to walk from bathroom to bedroom in clothes.

  The best hosts!

  Liked: The location was perfect, the apartment was clean and very comfortable, but more importantly, the hosts were extremely helpful and hospitable! They offered solutions to any problems we had, and I’m very grateful. They were so nice, and to me the most important thing about a stay is to feel welcome as a guest.

  Liked: We loved our stay at B&B Placidia and with some good recommendations from Ricardo and Livia we felt like we really got to know Ravenna. Everything was very close on foot and the B&B had everything we needed. We both missed the welcoming warmth of Ricardo and Livia when we moved onto our next accommodation. Thank you both so much and we hope to visit again soon. Ella and Freya.

  Liked: Some time ago I had the overwhelming pleasure to be hosted by Ricardo and Livia. They are an incredibly warm couple who do their best to make you feel as welcome as possible at their place. After a short conversation in which they reach out my expectations to Ravenna and my wish to see the flamingos in Valli di Comacchio, they organised a half-day guided tour to this and other beautiful nooks and crannies of the region, resulting in these photos. I wholeheartedly recommend
