Exceptional
Accommodation in a good location for one night
Liked: Within walking distance of the Old Town. A grocery store and a public parking lot (paid) were also within walking distance. In the room, it was possible to turn the heating on and off yourself.
Disliked: The room was cool at first, but it was possible to turn the radiators on and off. Unfortunately, the toaster didn't work, which the children really missed. Since the trash bins are located right next to the accommodation, guests should be prepared for the noise of garbage trucks arriving relatively early in the morning to empty the bins. The ceiling height upstairs is around 1.7 meters, so taller people cannot stand up straight there.
No help of the owner, the apartment looks better on photos
Disliked: We came to an apartment at 19.00. evening. We called many times the owner by phone and we left messages. No one respond. The apartment was hot, because the weather in Ravena was very hot (6.sept.26. ) The main air conditioner didn't work. There was also one small a/c near open window, but also didn’t work. We called again, but no answer. Finaly, we left apartment and luckily find another apartment in the center of Ravenna with reception and very friendly communication. After in the evening we informed the owner, we left the apartment and we made the complaint, the Francesco started to respond. He promised 50% reimbursement...but it didn't happen. The Ravena is very beautiful I recommend to visit. Instead of one night we spent two nights in another apartment.

Lovely Family Apartment
Liked: The home was clean, very well equipped, and conveniently located a short walk from the train station. I was impressed with the amenities, including a washing machine, drying rack, crib, air fryer, and more. It is a welcoming space. 3min away is an area with many food options. It was very convenient and easy to access. The managers were nice and helpful.
Disliked: The upstairs area was quite hot at night, even with the AC on. I think you would be okay though if you slept with the windows open. The downstairs sofa bed springs creaked very loudly with every movement at night, waking others up. So it isn't good for light or sensitive sleepers.
