  Liked: I had a very nice time in the Dante room. The room is spacious, comfortable and bright. You can access the apartment with a lift, which is a big help if you are carrying luggage. The bathroom is also in perfect condition. The location is perfect for visiting the city on foot. The room faces an internal courtyard, so it is very quiet with absolutely no noise from the street. I will gladly return to this room on future visits to Ravenna.

  Great potential

  Liked: Right in the heart of the city, great central location, close amenities. Clean property.

  Disliked: Coffee pods were not stocked up, removed after 1 day. TV network issues. No fridge in each room. Needs a bit more of character.

  Nice room but not the one I booked!

  Liked: The room is very centrally located and modern. Free coffee and tea facilities. Quiet.

  Disliked: I was given a different room at a different location (42 via Diaz) than I had booked. I didn't complain because I was a solo traveller and didn't need a bigger room but still, it was the first time this has happened to me with Booking.com. The room I booked was supposed to have a balcony but the replacement one didn't.

  Great place, spotless, new, functional equipment and facilities, perfect location in the center

  Liked: Though the entrance at street level doesn't look like much, the facilities once inside are in perfect condition, well maintained, clean and functional. The lighting is great and the bed is comfortable. Also, the location smack in the center of old Ravenna is amazing.

  Disliked: It would be a good idea to add a mini-safe somewhere in the closet, to allow customers to safely store valuables while out in town. Also, it would be useful to be more transparent about parking possibilities, as the place is in the restricted-traffic central area and therefore not directly accessible by car without a local permit
