Great place to stay to visit the sights in Ravenna
Liked: Location was fantastic as it was located in the old town.. Walking distance to quite a lot of sights
We would definitely stay at this location again!
Liked: Location was great for touring. Located near grocery store and many eating establishments. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Enjoyed having the kitchen and the breakfast food was good for us. Just a notes, not complaints: There are stairs. Also, you need to arrive during business hours as you ring to be buzzed in foyer.
Disliked: Some instructions on operating the thermostats,the hot water heater and drying rack would be helpful. These are suggestions.

A fantastic stay at a lovely centrally located hotel
Liked: A lovely one bedroom flat style hotel with an amazing private terrace. Kitchen was well stocked, daily breakfast supplies in abundance and wonderful staff.
Disliked: Very happy with the place. No negatives to report.
Liked: The staff was exceptional. Enrica helped me with all our requests for transportation bookings and arranging for an apartment that would not require climbing stairs. Upon arrival, Alexandria helped with luggage and helped us settle down, providing hefful information. Phillip was great with helping us with luggage at departure. Apartment was spacious, comfortable, and stocked with breakfast items. We loved our pre cruise stay for 3 nights and would love to visit again.
