Liked: The host was really nice
Quite ok
Disliked: "Free parking' means street parking nearby, which was not easily available. "Breakfast included" means a few things in plastic wraps.
Liked: It was OK but it wasn’t the right choice for us. There was a good bathroom and two big screen TVs (but the TVs were not important for us). Ravenna as a destination is absolutely wonderful (mosaics and Dante), but we were not lucky with tourist infrastructure.
Disliked: The communication was not great, unfortunately. There was a very strong smell of mosquito repellant (I had an allergic reaction). There was only one duvet for 2 beds (the booking was for a group of 3 people), but we were told we can use air conditioning for heating instead. The flat is quite noisy, next to the busy street. The “free breakfast” was free but I wouldn’t call it “breakfast” I know it’s supposed to “improve” the experience but I think it does just the opposite.
Clean and cozy house
Liked: Welcome snack when we arrived. The house is clean and smell fresh. Basic necessity provided in the kitchen so you can cook if you want. A very comfy bed so we had a good sleep. Although we couldn't speak Italian, the owner communicated to me via WhatsApp so it can be translated to English. Thank you😃
Disliked: Located on the main road so outside noises can be heard.
