Don't waste your money
Liked: Breakfast staff were amazing! Excellent cappuccino!!! Plenty of towels in room.
Disliked: So disappointing... - Basement accommodations - no clock in room - broken phone - requested 6am wake up knock -- none came, overslept 1.5 hours - couldn't use phone since no charge adapter - no closet - no safety grab bars in shower - towel rod barely hanging on since ppl used to safely step in and out of shower

Disliked: No was air conditioning and we open the windows and start coming mosquitos.
Great location for a visit to central Ravenna
Liked: Excellent location for visiting Ravenna city and all the historic places. Friendly and helpful reception staff who helped with parking on a very busy evening when we arrived.
Disliked: We were on the fourth floor and there was little or no hot water in the mornings with very low pressure. This was not a problem in the afternoon.
Great for pre-cruise stay!
Liked: Clean and large basement room. Good air conditioning. Good location - 15 mins walk into the centre. Great for pre cruise stay and we organised a minibus collection to the port through Visit Ravenna.
Disliked: Quite expensive for the style and standard of room.
