Pleasant
Liked: That breakfast was included Within walking distance from the train station Staff members helped to find my other people to share my taxi to the port.
Disliked: The smallish dining room was overrun at 8am and staff were overwhelmed and slow to replenish the breakfast supplies. The bathroom layout was awkward...you had to squeeze between the shower and the sink to get to the toilet. The light switch over the bed was very awkward to reach!
Reasonable priced hotel, close to the train station and cruise port
Liked: The staff were always willing to help, were knowledgeable on the area, called for taxis or shuttles if needed. The rooms were very clean.
Disliked: This is an older property, with non-working air conditioner and controlled by the front desk. Seemed to go off 1/2 through the night and it got very warm! There were things that were broken, like the bathroom fan cover and the dust in the fan was awful. There was a tiny closet and small shelfing unit, but nowhere to put suitcases and keep them open. The breakfast could have had a bit more variety, but from Canada and breakfasts here are much different.
Bad part of town, no there was an insect climbing up my sister in laws leg, no WATER

Disliked: The room - there were wires hanging out by the light, BUT THERE WAS NO WATER, We could not use the toilet, shower or wash our hands or teeth.No extra water was offered to us. We were travelling for one night and wanted a shower. Poor part of town, although not far from the train station.

Liked: It's a convenient location. Close to the train and bus station.
Disliked: The room is ok. However the bathroom is not that great. The water goes everywhere when I took the shower. The shower curtain is in a bad shape. Other than that all is ok
Liked: The staff were very nice. My boyfriend got very sick, so I asked for a late check-out, and they didn't charge us for it.
Disliked: No shower curtain. Weak Wifi signal.
