  Fantastic location & really pleasant accommodation & host

  Liked: Simone, was a wonderful host, very kind and thoughtful & that shows in the property itself. The Location is perfect & the place has all you need for a short stay, including drinks in the fridge. We couldn’t be happier with our stay - thank you.

  Liked: THE BEST ACCOMMODATION I HAVE EVER STAYED IN. The apartment, the location, and the hosts’ attention to detail were the perfect combination to make our stay unbeatable. A very comfortable, spacious, clean, and quiet place. I must THANK THE HOST, who kindly solved a problem that was in unrelated to him or the accommodation, something very few people would be willing to do for a stranger. A wonderful person and an experience I will never forget with my family. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

  The best spot for exploring Ravenna

  Liked: One of the best apartments I’ve ever had. It is so central and spotlessly clean. The layout is quite interesting with an entry at street level. Upstairs you’ll find a kitchen where you can find everything you could possibly need and a sofa (or bed if needed). At the upper floor you find a spacious bedroom with a balcony and a well equipped bathroom. As it can get a bit noisy till 11pm we had the children sleeping upstairs and we took the sofa bed. We’ve seen quite a bit of Ravenna and la pigna bizantina was the best base you could wish for. The host Silvia is so lovely and accommodating that we would love to visit Ravenna and la pigna bizantina again.

  Disliked: Nothing. Some reviews mention a smell but in my experience that is normal in most European cities, especially when there are weather changes. There is not a single thing I would change or something I would have missed.

  Great place, short walk to everything

  Liked: The place was beautiful and spacious with three levels. It was walking distance to all downtown sites. Many restaurants nearby and much to do. Silvia's husband actually picked us up from the train station an hour because we missed a connecting train. He had many restaurant suggestions for us.
