Liked: Convenient location in quiet street. Comfortable accommodation. Responsive property manager.
Disliked: We had some difficulty getting access codes, but that was eventually resolved. We had some minor plumbing issues that were also resolved. Kitchen cabinets could use some repairs.

Liked: The location was fantastic, the bed was really comfortable and the place was cool and air conditioned as soon as we walked in. It was literally in the centre of Ravenna while also being a quiet enough street so no problems with noise in the night. Perfect for what we needed before our cruise. Lots of things like towel hooks and snacks and water provided too! Great stay thank you. Check in was very easy but make sure you have internet on your phone as you get a virtual key via an online portal - very clever!!
Disliked: The shower was.a little old and the handle a bit temperamental / fell off, but it went back on and if you were careful it was fine, and a very minor issue. Otherwise everything was great.

A Super Unit in Prime Location (Real Bargain)
Liked: COMMUNICATION: The ability to communicate with landlord and the immediate response. Priceless, since we're two seniors from the States who'd have been lost without their help. LOCATION: The best! Steps to Piazza del Popolo, restaurants, shops, sightseeing, amazing historic buildings, and lots of Gelato! APARTMENT: Located in a beautiful building with an amazing front door! It is a liveable-sized unit with great views and layout. Walkin shower was important to us. Air conditioning. But unsure if there was a vent in the bedroom. However, there was a floor unit, but some nights it still seemed warm. Everything that you need is there. APARTMENT ACCESS: Main access and apartment door access was a breeze! Received a link with two "buttons" to simply press to open. OVERALL: A great unit in a super location!
Disliked: Bedroom was a bit too warm for us. Not unit-related, but no way we could have figured out the wash machine plus no way to dry clothes. Again, nothing negative to the unit, but if you have mobility issues, you may want to reconsider. Because of multiple back surgeries, I was not able to sit at the eating table or the sofa. Seats are much lower than we're used to, and after the first try, my husband had to pull me up from both. The commode is exceptionally low and used my walking unit to assist in standing.
