A DISASTER! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!
Liked: Absolutely nothing.
Disliked: Mold - lots of it - the shower. No hot water. Cameras in the room overseen by the host. This was advertised in the room! Didn’t make us feel better that there was a sign advertising it! No staff on the grounds EVER. Half a roll of toilet paper. Broken bathroom fixtures. Tiny shower. Resident dogs (2) barked nonstop from 6:30 AM until we packed up and got the heck out of there at 10:00!!! Front door was unreliable in that sometimes it would lock and sometimes it wouldn’t. VERY unsafe! Breakfast was NOT included as advertised. NO minibar as advertised. NO parking spot to reserve as advertised. Arrived at the property and no one was there. Finally located host’s number. Said he would send the code to get in asap. Took him 25 minutes as we stood out in the cold with our luggage. Moved out after one night. This place is an afterthought for the host. Clearly doesn’t care.
The staff was terrible. The location is on a major traffic street so noisy night and morning

Disliked: I had ongoing conversations for a month before my stay to extend by one night. Two days before, he even gave me my room number. I’m waiting outside the property. No one there. By text he tells me “there’s been a mistake. There is no room tonight” What?!?!?

Liked: Good things about the estate - location: near centre and station - availability to rent bikes
Disliked: Problems - saw no one during my entire stay: I don't even know who I paid - mold in shower and showerbasket - empty soap dispenser filled with water... - extra fees for everything: to wash clothes it said it was available on booking.com for no extra fee, on site there was a paper that it was 10 euros. When I asked it was 16 euros... - dark hallway - no plugs near the bed - in minifridge there should be drinks you could buy: mine was empty and partly rusted... - towels with dark spots on it - bed sheets that gave me all kinds of bumps the next morning... - no HOT warm only warm water - dogs kept barking during night and morning - can't put clothes to dry on the window frame...
Liked: Very good location 5 mins walk to train 15 to centre Jug and fridge in room

Perfectly fine, but the pictures far exceed reality
Liked: Great location, friendly staff, solid price
Disliked: Pictures and listing make it seem like you are getting more than you do in reality. Owners dogs can get barking at odd hours. Some of the fixtures and fittings, especially in the bathroom were broken or in disrepair
