  Great stay

Liked: Beautiful light and airy. Comfortable rooms. Well stocked laundry and a washing line. (Many don’t have the washing line to dry.) it has a lift and balconies in both sides. And of course the view. It’s also walkable to all the sights.

Disliked: Only little things. The TV was really small in comparison to the quality of the rest. We had a bit of trouble working the heating.

Very good value for money. I would highly recommend it

Liked: This was a very large appartment with large bedroom and living room. It was situated within easy reach of the centre if you are happy to cope with a short walk We were very pleased with Ravenna as a town. Good but small lift. Very quiet

Disliked: Everything was fine. Confused about what was required re. rubbish disposal

HiRavenna is not easy without super IT skills and confidenceee

Liked: it was extremely diffcult to.communicate with the owner over issues such as book in process, opening the apartment and having reliable wifi. her reliance on technology for many issues made it.more tedious and time consuming the apartment itself was excellent with.no.problems.

Disliked: reliance on technology where paper and pen could have sped up.the process or her actual arrendance at the apartment would have saved time and frustration all round.
