  Liked: We had a wonderful stay at Chiama Hotel! The entire team is incredibly welcoming and friendly — from the reception desk to the kitchen and breakfast staff. A special thank you goes to Erbil for all your help. The housekeeping staff did an amazing job every single day. Our room was cleaned daily, and the towels and bed sheets were always freshly changed. The breakfasts were delicious, and you could really feel the care in everything. It made us feel so comfortable. Plus, the location is fantastic — very close to the sea, and everything was super clean! Just a tiny note for the management (doesn’t affect our rating at all!): The AC could use a quick cleaning, as there was a slight unpleasant odor coming from it. Overall, everything was awesome and we had a great time!

  Liked: Fabulous cost hotel! We liked everything! We were given bigger room, staff were very friendly, polite, smily, helpful and respectful. Hotel is new. Breakfast was very good. Honestly it exceeded my expectations. Definitely will come again to this Chiama hotel. Great hospitality.

  Liked: Everything was almost new, clean, functional, good for two adults.

  Disliked: Maybe more space for the belongings, not enough space for two troller's, one was on the floor.
