  A fantastic basic hotel Rimini!

Liked: This little 39 room hotel is fantastic. Just steps from the main road, so it is quiet and central. The staff, especially Leo, are friendly, helpful, and efficient. The towels are soft, the beds are comfortable, the showers are vigorous, and the soaps and hotel smell great.

Disliked: The rooms are a little small

  Great new place!

Liked: The staff are wonderful, very kind, very helpful. They made an excellent dinner recommendation. Fabulous seafood, very affordable. For a small room the layout was good. We could both fit in the bathroom, and we had enough room so that we weren't tripping over our huge suitcases.

Disliked: it took us a while to figure out how to get all the lights working. Otherwise, we had nothing to complain about.

Perfect for a couple of nights to see the town

Liked: It was in a great location. An easy walk from the hotel to the beach and. An 20 min walk to the town centre. A great location. It is a very modern and stylish hotel and everything was so clean. Don’t expect old world charm as it’s a truly modern hotel but it works

Disliked: Slightly limited breakfast options but it does not effect the overall stay.

  Relaxing

Liked: Location good, close walk to the beach / bars and restaurants. 15 minute walk to the train station if you want to daytrip somewhere else. 20 minute walk to the old town. The room was large, bed was comfortable, good size TV

Disliked: The room had air-conditioning but it kept going off. Had to ring reception multiple times. It's an eco hotel so believe it was programmed to go off. Everything fine once it was switched on room cooled down quickly.
