  Great hotel with an amazing breakfast, in a perfect location

  Liked: The room was clean and nice, there was a vanity set, slippers, small safe lock, coffee sticks. The bed was very comfortable, and the mattress was whole, not just 2 small mattresses fit together, that doesn't happen very often! The balcony was bigger than I expected, the views are amazing. The main reason I booked a hotel instead of an apartment was the breakfast, and the reviews didn't lie -- it was amazing, wide variety of food, and super nice staff (especially Vincenzo!). The hotel itself is beautiful, with relax zones near reception and outside, and the pool was a nice bonus. I stayed here during the off-season, so it was quiet compared to the historical centre, no noise from other guests or the bars/restaurants nearby. Perfect location -- really close to everything -- the centre, the beach, the train station.

  Disliked: It was a perfect stay overall, only a few details that could be improved in my opinion: the water in the pool was colder than I expected (didn't feel like +32, which was written on their web); would love to have also a couple of tea bags in the room; and finally, I didn't know you can order some extra food at breakfast, I only saw the last day that people ordered fried eggs, so it would be nice to have a menu or at least some notice.

  A good place to stay

  Liked: A spotlessly clean room and hotel with very friendly staff. Especially Vincenzo in the breakfast room has an abundance of good karma to share. The evening/night reception is also a lovely gentleman. The chambre maids are so attentive too. The breakfast is lovely and generous. The location is excellent. The human touch makes this hotel good value for money.

  Disliked: I had the sense that the hotel was a little short of staff in October. Also, I had the smallest room on the floor, which was ok, but I’d recommend a larger room.

  Liked: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel❤️ But what truly made our stay special was the service. Honestly, 10 out of 5! We especially appreciated the personal attention during breakfast, which made us feel truly welcomed and looked after. Vincenzo was exceptionally attentive, kind and genuinely caring. The housekeeping deserves the highest praise as well, the room was spotless and perfectly maintained. A beautiful location, a fantastic sea view, impeccable cleanliness and, above all, outstanding service. We would be very happy to come back!

  The entire time at the hotel was wonderful; I’d love to come back again!

  Liked: The hotel staff were amazing (especially the restaurant team – greetings to them!). The location is very convenient, close to great restaurants, the city center, and the sea. Every day, we returned to a tidy room. 10/10!

  Disliked: There was construction work going on next to the hotel. It would continue until late at night and start very early in the morning. You could hear it even with the balcony door closed. If you are a light sleeper, this could be a problem—though it is not the hotel's fault.
