  Decent hotel with good breakfast

  Liked: Location of the hotel is well situated - near to the sea but not at the beachfront. If you are coming by car note that there are lots of one way streets around and you should reserve the parking as there is not plenty available. We actually had two rooms - one was spacious and comfortable while the other was a bit more crowded (but still larger than some rooms I experienced in the past). The breakfast was good but not exceptional except perhaps the pastries. You get general buffet breakfast but with quite limited choice of ham and cheese (two types of salami, one type of cheese). While I totally understand the limited options for a small hotel I wouldn't call the breakfast exceptional. There are quite some fruits available (pineapple etc.) and cereals to select from. Probably the best part of the breakfast is the pastry selection - several types of croissants, some pies, cakes etc.

  Disliked: I was a bit shocked when entering my room as it was quite small. However, as I was thinking about it, it is decent in every regard. Notice that as the (same type of) rooms are different, the pictures from the hotel don't necessarily show the exact room you will get. Although most things are new/renovated (including modern door unlock and controls with touch screens) the general feeling was a bit outdated - I can't exactly put my finger on it. But still quite OK, especially for the price. Sound isolation is bad so hope for friendly (and quiet) neighbors.

  A clean, pleasant mid-range hotel in a great location, offering all the basics for a comfortable stay

  Liked: The hotel is clean and pleasant situated at a very convenient location, close to both the beach and the restaurants and bars. A good choice for a short stay in Rimini.

  Disliked: The hotel is quite basic in terms of facilities and amenities. Everything is functional, but don’t expect anything beyond the essentials.

  clean and quiet but compact rooms

  Liked: The room was clean but very compact and small along with the bathroom being a little dated and also very small. The single beds are compact with no real turning option. My mum is tiny and even she commented on this. Breakfast was simple but lovely and the cakes they did were really high quality. Staff very pleasant and location is ideal as just off the beaten track so nice and quiet.

  Disliked: I would just say the size of the room/beds/bathroom to the price in comparison to what we got at the other cities (including Venice/Bologna) were underwhelming but it is a very bright and clean hotel and would say look for delas on the larger rooms as a normal sized person would not sleep well on the single beds offered.
