  typical 4-star Italian hotel

  Liked: The hotel is old, from the 1960s, and the rooms lack soundproofing, so you can literally hear everything happening in the adjacent rooms, the hallway, and the rooms upstairs. The cleanliness is reasonable; there was often sand in the bed linens, and some details in the room needed attention. The restaurant food was relatively good, small portions with little protein, but generally tasty. The wait staff's service was okay for a 4-star hotel; we weren't disappointed throughout the week. The pool is heated, small, and full of children, so relaxing by the pool is very difficult, and finding empty pool chairs is also challenging. Overall, it had its pros and cons; the hotel might surprise you, but it could also disappoint you.

  Fantastic hotel

  Liked: We absolutely loved this hotel. The food was 5 star. The staff are fantastic. Nothing was a problem for them and they made our stay very memorable in Riccione. We will definitely be back.

  Beautiful hotel, lovely facilities, GREAT food, and AMAZING staff

  Liked: The staff were amazing, Flavio and some other (who I can't remember the name) were super helpful, friendly, and made sure to talk t me at meal times given I was on my own. They made me feel very welcome overall.

  Disliked: The corridors were a little noisy, luckily I had earplugs so could put them in when going to bed. So not a major issue for me. The sunshine in the hotel and shade made me feel like I was playing musical chairs to get in the sun in the afternoons! Luckily, the hotel pool was relatively quiet, but I would have been frustrated if it was busy and I'd had to spend hours in the shade unwillingly
