  Closer to the beach

  Liked: The hotel was one street from the beach and the staff was friendly.

  Disliked: The dinner buffet was not enough for all guests, and the cleaning was not done every day. The floor was with sand, and there were no regally towels changed.

  Liked: Everything went well. The lady at the check in desk was very helpful and lovely. Location is great at few minutes walking distance from various private lidos and a free beach further down. Lots of restaurants and ice cream places around. We appreciated the breakfast which was included which was varied and well stocked any time.

  Disliked: The room could REALLY do with a refresh/update. Especially the fact that there isn't an actual shower. Only a showerhead next to the sink and toilet. The room wasn't very clean, the bed sheets looked ok but the red bed covers seemed full of dust, we removed them immediately. Also when we went to our room right after check in, I looked underneath the beds and it was extremely dusty too.

  Liked: Quite sympathetic & a friendly team!

  Disliked: For example, the shower holder is aged, there is no mini fridge in the room, and the furniture is way too old as it has aged over time.

  Just amazing for the family

  Liked: Very good breakfast, very close to the beach, extremely friendly stuff, one of the best hotels here in rimini, air condition also works perfect.

  Liked: Had a wonderful stay! The breakfast was absolutely delicious, a perfect start to each day. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout our visit, making everything so easy. Plus, the location is fantastic – just a few minutes' walk to the beach! Highly recommend.

  Disliked: The only minor point for us was that the air conditioning in our particular room didn't get as cool as we would have liked. It wasn't a deal-breaker, but something to note.
