  Liked: The staff in the Hotel was exceptional, specially Rafael and Claudia on the reception desk. We appreciate the whole information that they gave to us about Rimini. We are impressed from absolutely everything!!!

  Liked: I am writing this in my parents' name: The hotel staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. Everyone was helpful and attentive, but we would especially like to mention Claudia, a wonderful girl who was always so lovely, as well as Rafael — in fact, everyone at the reception was absolutely wonderful. Many compliments for the cleanliness, the service, and especially for the room we were given — the view was simply magical. Everything we asked for or needed was provided, and even more than that. The hotel exceeded our expectations and truly made our holiday a wonderful experience. A special mention also goes to the staff’s kindness and hospitality. Every time we entered or left the hotel, we were greeted with a smile and asked if everything was okay and if we needed anything. Those little details really made us feel welcome and well taken care of. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would be very happy to return!

  Disliked: The only downside was that the breakfast was quite repetitive. It would have been nice to have a bit more variety throughout our 10-day stay.
