Exceptional staff, great breakfast, amazing location

Liked: The staff was exceptional. I had a problem with the AC in my room and they went out of their way to ensure I got another room (but one of the staff who was on her way out to go home) made it a point to walk me to my new room and check out the AC. All the staff were very exceptionally friendly and helpful and the room and location were amazing.

Disliked: The shower stall in the bathroom was small, barely 2ft x 2ft and it was a bit challenging to take a shower. Supposedly not all rooms have small showers so would recommend checking them out as soon as one gets to the room

  Loved Rimini

Liked: The rooms were big enough, comfortable, clean and with good air-conditioning. Location very close to the beach and all restaurants and shops. The staff was very helpful whenever we needed some support. The breakfast was also tasty and diverse.

Disliked: Strangely it happened to us twice to open wrong door/room with our key-card. So i would not leave valuable things in the room (there is also a safe available, that is good).
