  Not recomend at all

  Liked: The only thing we liked is kitchen staff, and location.

  Disliked: I do not recommend this hotel. The reception staff, especially the General Manager, are extremely rude and unprofessional. They make you feel completely unwelcome, roll their eyes, and argue every time you pass by. They totally ruined our mood. The breakfast was very poor, mostly just sweets. Also, the cleanliness is lacking – both the rooms and the kitchen were dirty, and most of the dishes were unwashed. Air conditioner not working, at night it is very uncomfortable to sleep.The hotel seriously needs to change its reception staff. We also got complains from General Manager for the bags we brought from the store with souvenirs, he just started crossing oneself saying,,No,no,no,mama mia’’.This is not normal

  Liked: We had a great stay! The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and they did everything they could to make sure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location of the hotel was excellent, close to everything we needed. Even though the area can be lively, the room was quiet at night thanks to the well-insulated door, so we had no problems with noise. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!
