  Liked: The location was central

  Disliked: We were supposed to have two single beds for each room, which was confirmed before travelling, one of us had to sleep on a sofa. Our first room had a noisy air conditioning unit that could not be switched off. We got changed to another room and still had a sofa bed despite asking for a quiet room with two singles. The new room had a dirty toilet and a horrible smell from the bathroom, there war also quite a lot of hair in the corners of the shower from previous quests. Upon checkout we were charged for breakfast and parking which on youre app were ticked upon booking. When we mentioned the problem we got sighs and rolled eyes and told we should have complained or turned the ac off which we did try for two nights.

  Liked: Good location, lovely clean facilities, staff were great

  Overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel. It was great value for money and in a great position

  Liked: Hotel is in a great location, staff were welcoming, friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was great. With a wide range of foods to choose from. Coffee was fab. I loved the Hotel decor. My room was very spacious, the bed was really comfortable and it had a large balcony. The pool area was great, enough sunbeds for those that wanted them also some seating in the shade

  Disliked: I used the spa facilities but I was quite underwhelmed, I found the sauna to be way too hot and the steam room not hot enough. I enjoyed the salt pool though. Obviously this is down to personal choice
