Liked: The check-in process at reception was extremely slow and unnecessarily complicated. The staff requested numerous additional documents, making the whole procedure feel outdated and bureaucratic, as if it belonged to the last century. This is certainly an area that needs improvement.

Disliked: The window could only be opened fully, with no tilt option for ventilation. This made it inconvenient to get some fresh air into the room.
