  Liked: - the staff kindness - the underground garage (2 levels) - the facilities of the residence and the room - the AC - 2 elevators from underground garage to apartment - the great location in Miramare (close to a supermarket too)

  Disliked: - WiFi with no password (no encryption) - the WiFi power in my bedroom was low, but in the living room it was good: in case you'll have the same issue, you can solve it using a WiFi extender or a mobile router (mobile signal in the bedroom was good)

  Liked: Underground parking Nearby is the beach and groceries

  Disliked: We had a COCKROACH in our room, it crawled out from under our bed, the reaction at the reception when I came to complain was that I should throw the cockroach out, that the recepcionist asked me if wanted to run around the hotel with it all day.!!! That they had never had one in a hotel before, so nothing was happening. How is that true? We found another cockroach in the garage, they also had cockroach traps there. Very unpleasant. So they knew about them well. After urging, they changed our room, but I felt uncomfortable for the rest of our stay. The rooms are not cleaned at all, you have to clean it yourself!!! You have to take out the trash every day, and bring bags for the trash because you won't get them either. The laundry machine for 4€ is located in the garage, you can wash it yourself, I had to wash the laundry machine first, it was terribly dirty. The linen and towels were changed only ONCE in 8 days. The pool on the roof was terribly dirty. In the room, in the bathroom, the shower head got stuck in my hand when I took a shower, I couldn't even turn the shower on properly. The air conditioning had been cleaned for a while, but it certainly wouldn't have hurt, it was already dirty and dusty at first glance. And, of course, in okr second room, we had ants. Really..

  We had a nice vacation time within our family and friends

  Liked: The property is near by the beach and there are a lot of restaurants around where you can have lunch or dinner.

  Disliked: I didn’t like the fact that during our one-week stay, the bed linen and towels were changed only once, and the room was not cleaned at all.

  We had a great 10 night stay at Wally Residence..We had travelled from uk to celebrate our 30 th Wedfing anniversary

  Liked: The rooftop pool and jacuzzi. Perfect location near beach. Local transport within walking distance. Restaurants and bars near by and supermarkets. Underground parking was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

  Disliked: Nothing really.. the table and chairs on balcony were a bit rickety and worn.

Daily cleaning of the apartments is available at an additional cost.

Stays longer than 7 nights enjoy a free change of bed linen and towels.
