Exceptional
Liked: Everything else was absolutely fantastic! The facilities were excellent, everything was very clean, and I especially loved the creative activities and initiatives they organized to bring travelers together and help people socialize. The kitchen was great, the bathrooms were clean and well-maintained, and the luggage storage service was incredibly convenient. They allowed guests to leave their belongings safely before check-in, after check-out, or whenever they were out exploring the city, and pick them up whenever they wanted. Overall, I had a wonderful experience. The hostel is extremely well-organized, thoughtful, and welcoming. I would definitely recommend it and would happily stay here again!
Disliked: The only thing that bothered me during my stay was the noise from other guests sharing the room. One guest was snoring loudly in the middle of the night, and some guests who had early departures started packing their belongings and making noise as early as 5 AM, waking me up and making it impossible to fall asleep again. That was honestly the only downside of my stay.

Liked: I loved everything about this place. I've been traveling Europe for 6 months and this place is by far the best hostel yet. These guys are so helpful and nothing is a problem for them. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome.
