Centrally located value offering
Liked: Great central location. Helpful staff. Beautiful facade.
Disliked: Decor of rooms and bathroom dated. Hot tub not heated properly.
A wonderful stay
Liked: Our large room adjacent to a huge shared sitting room was set in a beautifully converted 11th century grand residence overlooking the main square. Breakfast was an ample buffet, and the staff were friendly. We even played table-tennis in a room adjoining the gym while listening to a recitation from Dante's Divine Comedy in the town square below!

Liked: Superb location in the heart of San Gimignano. Easy to find to drop off and load luggage. Good deal with the parking offered by the hotel as we stayed 10 nights.
Disliked: Breakfast was a little lacking in variety.
