Exceptional
Liked: Staff were very friendly and the property was beautiful in a stunning area
Disliked: I'm not keen on glass sliding doors in bathrooms, not very private but thats just my opinion
Liked: Everything about our stay was lovely. It was quiet, clean and in such a good location. Close enough to the town, but far enough for some quiet relaxation.
Disliked: Beds were a bit stiff, but that's usually the case in Europe regardless.
tuscany at is finest
Liked: An amazing place, authentic Tuscany at its finest! Very close to San Gimignano and ideal for bike tours. The room was stunning, huge, and spacious. I only stayed for one night, but in hindsight, I definitely wished I had stayed longer. The breakfast was the absolute best I had on my entire trip. Beautiful, clean, organized, and peaceful. A truly unique Tuscan experience! Amazing place with a fantastic team, everyone was simply wonderful.
Disliked: The only improvements I would suggest: It was a bit tough carrying the luggage to the room because of the stairs and the walking distance from the parking area. Having someone to help carry luggage would make a big difference. I would also recommend printing the Wi-Fi details on the key card folder. There was no one at reception during the night, and it took me a long time to find the password. If anyone struggles with this, you can find the password in the TV settings in the room. That really saved me, especially since cellular reception wasn't very strong in our room. Other than that, simply amazing!
