  Una buena opción para alojarse en Val d’Orcia

  Liked: The apartment is well located and comfortable enough to spend a couple nights with a baby. We enjoyed our time there. Accessing the apartment is easy and available at any time.

  Disliked: The things we did not like were: - Check out time at 10AM. This is way too early. Also the cleaning lady spent since 9:45 outside the apartment waiting while playing loud videos, which made the situation a bit uncomfortable. - Parking is not private. They have 3 parking slots in the street in front of the apartment but they were occupied most of the times, forcing you to park in a free public parking. - Breakfast was not of our like. It consisted in many bagged croissants from the supermarket and Nutella packages. No other option.

  Great for a short stay in a quaint Tuscan town

  Liked: The flat was spotless and has the perfect size for two people with a well kitchen/dining area equipped with a gas stove ( really handy to cook our own meals), spacious bedroom and bathroom. On a clear day you have lovely views.The town where it is located is very charming and has a well stocked supermarket and plenty of small local shops.The location is great to easily reach other Tuscan towns by car. We didn't meet the host but was very helpful and responsive and provided a simple breakfast with industrial croissants, jams, nutella and coffee capsules.

  Disliked: We stayed in January when the weather was wet and cold and the flat is in a historic building with high ceilings hence it took a while to warm it up but after a couple of days the temperature was pleasant. The parking spot is not for exclusive use of the guests and was often taken but there is public parking just a few meters up the road.

  Liked: Position and comfortable bed

  Disliked: Heating system not properly working It struggled to keep even 20 degree and we had to also switch on electric air heater. Shower done with almost cold water. Too expensive for the service and quality provided. Besides, If not mistaken the law says that remote checkin without live check of the documents is not possible as well as using smarboxes for the keys. Everything was done via mail.
