  Beautiful little apartment, but if you have a car, come off-season

  Liked: Beautifully designed apartment, central, friendly owner who let us store luggage and even shower in the reception/office! 5min walk to the beach, convenience store around the corner.

  Disliked: The big issue here is the location. It's inside the limited traffic zone (no cars in evening hours) and even outside that all of he town center is short term parking. There is a private parking lot 6min wall away (not super close) for 11€ a night(!) and you have to leave your car keys with a bunch of people who don't speak a word of English. We used the free public lot which is a 15-20min walk, unlit and a heap of rubbish. Imagine doing this several times a day just to get to your car. I recommend: if you have a car and plan to use it often, come here only from november-april when the short term parking is not in effect.

  Liked: Lovely modern apartment seconds from the heart of San Vito Lo Capo. Massimo was super responsive and helpful. We had a car which he helped us navigate and park. Having a kitchen for us with our toddler was super helpful. Lovely styling and decor. Great shower etc.
