Very good
Liked: In the city center and close to the beach.
Disliked: Unfortunately we had an issue with the water pump which also caused AC to not work because the fuse was going off. We think they weren't prepared for the season and this was a known issue. This caused frustration for four days until the pump motor was replaced. Also, it would be nice to have a microwave in the kitchen and to replace the old pans and pots.

Disliked: Parking was far. We had 2 cars and needed to park at the owners house and few kms away. But they were very accommodating to get us to that spot.

Liked: The location can’t be beat! Close to the beach, the restaurants, the main street, and easy to get to. The kitchen was very well stocked, plenty of plates, glasses, utensils, pots, pans, etc. Air conditioning in the different rooms all work extremely well. The interior was very clean and organized. The property owner/manager was extremely nice and responded quickly to all communications before and during the trip. Clothes washer was modern and worked well.
Disliked: I realize that San Vito Lo Capo is an old town and not all of the infrastructure is up to date. However, the fact that we couldn’t flush any toilet paper down the toilet and that it had to go into the trash bin in the bathroom was a bit unpleasant. We’ve stayed in this town before and never had that issue. The main bedroom is very large but the other two are so small that it is difficult to even walk around the beds. There is no room for storing clothes in those rooms, they must go in a wardrobe in the hallway. One bathroom is located near the bedrooms but the other is located inconveniently. From the bedrooms you must walk back through the main room and up a flight of stairs to the roof level. We were sharing this apartment with our daughter and her family and it was a bit of a bother to have to travel so far to get to the second bathroom.
