  Disliked: The hospitality upon arrival was non-existent. The girl at the reception seemed completely uninterested, with no willingness to help or provide any information. On our last day, we were not allowed to leave our luggage for a few hours, even though the description clearly states that luggage storage is available. Upon arrival, the room smelled of marijuana. After just a few hours, ants invaded our food, and they also appeared in the bed and inside our suitcases, among our belongings. I find the explanation that this is simply to be expected because the property is surrounded by nature very unprofessional and concerning, because it suggests that there is no proper control over basic hygiene and pest management. The sound insulation is very poor, so you can hear every noise coming from the other apartments. The shower in the bathroom is designed in such a way that it is virtually impossible to take a shower without getting your hair wet. The kitchen is very poorly equipped. It is almost impossible to prepare anything there. The refrigerator is old and does not cool properly; it is actually warm inside.

  Disliked: Unfortunately, there were quite a few things that made our stay less comfortable than expected. There were a lot of ants throughout the apartment, especially in the kitchen. It was impossible to leave any food out. When we arrived, we had to clean the kitchen ourselves. Although the listing states that cleaning supplies are provided, there were none, so one of the first things we had to do was go to the shop and buy cleaning products. There were no kitchen towels or rubbish bags, and the only sponge provided was clearly very well used. Some of the cutlery and plates also had dried food residue on them. There were no instructions about recycling or where to dispose of rubbish, which would have been very helpful. The listing mentions a washing machine, but it does not make clear that it is located in the basement and is shared by the whole building. An iron is also listed as an amenity, but there was no iron in the apartment. The advertised gym facilities were particularly disappointing — they consisted of three old exercise machines, all of which appeared to be broken and unusable. The listing also mentions various other activities and entertainment options, but we received no information about where these were located or how to access or book them. Finally, the walls are extremely thin. You can hear neighbours very clearly, even when they are simply using the bathroom or taking a shower. Overall, the apartment and its facilities did not fully match what we expected from the description, and cleanliness and basic supplies could definitely be improved.

  Liked: Boa localização, cerca de 15 minutos a pé do centro. AC nos quartos e sala.

  Disliked: Os colchões dos quartos não eram confortáveis, eram placas de espuma (foam pads). Estacionamento de difícil acesso e pago. Cozinha com muito poucos utensílios. Limpeza média.

  Lovely!

  Liked: We had a wonderful stay! The terrace is amazing, with beautiful views of the mountains. Everything was very clean and well organized, and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the bathroom is spacious. The property is only 5 minutes by car from the Conad supermarket and about 15 minutes from the town center. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone. We would definitely love to come back again!

  Great stay

  Liked: Great location with a gentle walk to the beach and not far from the supermarket. The staff were friendly and communicated everything well. Would definitely stop here again.
