Exceptional
Liked: Excellent location and overall comfortable.
Disliked: The host was incredibly difficult to deal with. He didn’t provide linen for the third bedroom, and refused to bring them to us that evening “because we booked the beds incorrectly” (which we didn’t as upon arrival he was going to charge linen for everyone including infants in their own cots). Our son slept on our linen whilst we were on an empty mattress that night. He didn’t care and yelled and threatened to leave us in the street that night. The fridge wasn’t working upon arrival, the technician arrived and he seemed to be aware of the issue already. We were told to wait 24H for the fridge to cool down, we then called again 2 days later as we kept throwing kids milk and food out. He said, just buy a fresh one each day, we were speechless. A new fridge arrived on the third day as we called and told him it wasn’t working. He didn’t come to the property to dispose of the old fridge and we had to place it in the middle of the kitchen ourselves. The property was pleasant and plenty of the space for the kids, but we won’t return due to the rude manners of the host. We hope this message makes its way to the owner of the property so he/she can correct customer service.

Good apartment, ruined by noisy neighbours
Liked: Large floor space. Nice rear garden. Plenty of street parking. Hot shower. Good facilities including dish washer and washing machine. Well appointed kitchen. Host very efficient and responsive when we had a few minor issues.
Disliked: Host came across as particularly demanding as soon as we arrived about receiving the groups passports and 90 euro cash for linen. We had been travelling since 2am, hadn't had any chance to visit the ATM or speak to the group about sending passports and he told me he was going to send somebody to collect it at 9am. I asked him not to disturb us, but unfortunately at just after 10am somebody knocked the door. It was a difficult situation because we hadn't had chance to arrange the things and the visitor couldn't speak English and we couldn't speak Italian. Host then rang me to say he didn't like us using our own linen. I was stressed and extremely sleep deprived/tired and admit I did react to the situation which also had a knock on effect of arguments between our group. It was a real shame to start our trip in such a negative way, given that we were staying for 11 days and had plenty of time to get the cash later on. For most of the rest of the trip the upstairs tenants were very noisy with walking around in hard shoes, scraping chairs, talking loudly and setting an alarm daily which was left to vibrate and buzz, often for over an hour. Our whole household was interrupted every night. I reported it to the host which did improve the situation but by that time we were already in a state of chronic insomnia. It somewhat ruined the trip. The tenants made excuses but I implore the landlord to spend a few nights in the spare room to hear it himself.
Great place. Highly recommended
Liked: Great place. Spacious rooms, plenty of beds, allowing a larger group to stay comfortably. Cool garden and terrace. Well-equipped kitchen. Next to 2 stores, a playground and 4 minutes to the beautiful beach, a place ideal for families with children. 8 minutes by car to the first climbing spot. If you're going on a climbing trip with a few people, do not hesitate and book this place! PS. We accidentally left the phone, it was quickly returned to us by the nice owners. We send our warm greetings and thanks!
It was exactly what we were looking for! Very nice experience!
Liked: The garden was great! We were able to work in the sun from the garden which was very enjoyable! The orange tree was the highlight!
Disliked: The lighting in the kitchen was not very cozy and the internet was quite weak for several people working at the same time
