Exceptional
A stones throw from the beach and town centre
Liked: Location is first class, literally backs onto the beach. The property is centrally located ie 10 minute walk to the middle of San Vito. The property is clean and well maintained and the owners are a pleasure to deal with. We loved it would we do again definately yes.
Disliked: Like other reviews the small spiral staircase is narrow and awkward to get a case up. Other than that no complaints.
Liked: Awesome place very close to everything
Not worth staying here. Much better places in town
Liked: It had parking outside on the property.
Disliked: Close to the beach but that part of the beach is the worse with rocks and seaweed. 10 min walk to get to a better part. The shower was so small that we would fit to shower and we’re not heavy people. There’s no way you can bend to wash your fit. It’s the only shower there unless you want to use the outside one. The stairs are so tight you can’t bring a luggage upstairs, we had to leave them downstairs. The beds are so uncomfortable and pillows are disgusting. There’s no AC downstairs’ and the portable one isn’t installed so the hot air flows back into the house. I wouldn’t recommend anyone elderly staying as the stairs are easily a safety concern.
Superb
Liked: Literally on the beach, with the big garden to enjoy, even the barbecue is there and you can take the deck chairs and umbrella to the sea. Plenty of beautiful garden around the house. And the parking is inside the neighborhood gate so don’t have to leave the car on the street.
Disliked: The stairs to the second floor are pretty steep so it’s less suitable for older people( but they can stay in the bedroom downstairs ).

Liked: The location is amazing, and up surely can’t be beat. We had a great time going to the beach. The house was really good for her myself, my husband, Oatis, young children, and my mother.
Disliked: We had a couple issues with the hot water heater, apparently there is a switch that you have to keep on that wasn’t explained to us. Microwave would also be great.
