Liked: Close to beach and main street
Liked: perfect location, close to everything, we enjoyed our stay
Great value for money
Liked: Close to city centre and beach and with free parking.
Disliked: Mattress was uncomfortable and there was not refreshments in the room (such as instant coffee or a kettle).

You can get a better deal somewhere else. Avoid this place if you are not a smoker
Liked: Walking distance to a beach, downtown. Designated parking appreciated. Clean room and clean bathroom.
Disliked: Beware, it's a smoking property which we didn't know. Ashtrays are everywhere and you can feel the smoke everywhere. The bed was very uncomfortable and room was decorated with a very claustrophobic "brick" wallpaper. Hundreds of mosquitos in the room. The worst thing was breakfast. Only sweet packaged prepared stuff, flavored yogurts and croissants, no savory breakfast. Only plus was that he made us a coffee which wasn't very delicious. The breakfast area was untidy, unclean and decorated with cheap and dirty plastic wall. Nearby beach was is overrated, too many people, black people trying to hassle you all the time.

Disliked: We request to stay until noon since we arrived late the previous day but the host wasn’t flexible so we had to leave at 10:30. He let us park the car until we left san vito.
