A mixed experience - Lovely Villa with some areas for improvement

Liked: The villa itself was lovely—spacious, clean and well-maintained. Location was fantastic for those aiming to unwind and step away from the hustle and bustle and yet be close to a number of restaurants and venues for a chilled night out. Overall, the villa has great potential, but there are some areas that need improvement to offer a more complete and enjoyable experience for guests.

Disliked: No Wi-Fi available. It was noted at booking that the service will not be available however in today's connected world, and for the price that was paid, Wi-Fi should be a given. Additionally, and one of the most unsettling factor was the security and privacy. The gate was not lockable, and anybody could make their way in towards the outdoors of the property at any time of day. Moreover we had on two different days persons come over to carry out some maintenance to the pool and jacuzzi without prior forewarning and they simply walked in on us at the property. This made us feel very uneasy, and unsafe, particularly at night. On the booking pages, it is said that the villa consists of 5 bedrooms but it only had 4 bedrooms and an additional 2 sofa beds in the living area. Lastly, again for the price we paid the villa was not adequately equipped with a washing machine and basic supplies such as toiletries. These would have made our stay more comfortable.

We would stay in this house again

Liked: Nice new(ish) big villa with plenty of beds and bathrooms. A/c in all areas. Comfortable for 2 families and enough parking for 3 cars. Good location.

Disliked: No washing machine. No wifi. Overgrown grass. Big water damage stain on wall. Pool maintenance men entering house in morning while occupied (could’ve done it after checkout)
