Superior!
Liked: The hotel is a real gem! Everything has been carefully chosen and thoughtfully arranged for the comfort and enjoyment of the guests. The attention to every little detail reflects the owner’s dedication and genuine care for visitors’ well-being. The hotel is also ideally located, just a short walk from the beach and right in the heart of this lovely town.
Disliked: Although the parking service is excellent and reasonably priced, if you plan to reach the hotel by car, you should be aware of the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone) restrictions.
Beautiful escape close to the sea
Liked: It was really Clean, close to the sea und had a beautiful Breakfast area. The Staff was really friendly and helpful.
Beautiful hotel, perfect location and exceptional hospitality
Liked: The location was amazing, just steps from the beach and close to restaurants and shops. The hotel itself is gorgeous, but what really made our stay special was the hospitality. We felt incredibly well taken care of from the moment we arrived at reception until even after check out. Everything was smooth, thoughtful and welcoming. A true hospitality experience.
Disliked: Nothing, we had a wonderful stay.

Liked: Outstanding host who made us feel very welcome. Francesca and his team were there to attend to all our needs and nothing was a problem. Great value for money with an amazingly comfortable and modern room with air conditioning. Close to beach, restaurants and supermarket. Excellent breakfast and a wonderful rooftop area to relax and unwind!

Liked: We had a wonderful stay in Riad. It felt relaxing staying there. The whole design and the building itself is remarkable. The rooms were cleaned every day, clean beach towels evey day, great and fresh breakfast with sicilian specialties. Very close to the beach and town. Francesco, the kind owner, even gave us bicycles for free so we could explore San Vito Lo Capo. I would fully recommend to everyone!
Liked: We absolutely loved our stay at this accommodation. The location was perfect, just a few meters from a fantastic beach in San Vito Lo Capo. The welcome was extraordinary — the owner was incredibly kind, helpful, and always available with useful suggestions to make our stay even better. He even arranged bicycles for us so we could enjoy a lovely ride around the area. The rooms had all the necessary amenities and were very comfortable. The breakfast was also delicious, with amazing local pastries and other traditional local products. We truly had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this place.
