Liked: Easy checkin, well located (7‘ from the beach) and calm

Love the views from the terrace
Liked: The location was great, there was parking included.
Disliked: The pillows were a bit tough
Liked: Very nice host! Even lent us a wine opener.
Disliked: Accidentaly kicked an ornamental cactus on the ground… pretty funny and not their fault but i definitely recommend being attentive.
Liked: Davide, his sisters and their two cats are lovely. The appartement was very clean. Only 5-10 minutes walking down to the beach and the city.

Liked: We liked the room and there was a parking spot for our car. We had a q3 but a car a bit wider will have probably problems to park. It’s super close to the center of the city. We had a good night for a great value
Pleasant room and good location
Liked: We were generally very happy with the room. The roof top terrace was a pleasant surprise and Davide, our host, was very nice and responsive. The room was cleaned every day and the sheets/towels changed every 3 days. The location is quite central and is only about 10 minute walk to the beach. Lots of good restaurants close by.
Disliked: There was no hot water on 2 out of the 6 days. One of the days was midway through and Davide fixed it for us instantly, and the second day was when we were checking out.
