Liked: Review for Al Vicoletto (Scilla) A cozy and charming stay with a wonderful view – Perfect for solo travelers! My stay at Al Vicoletto in Scilla was a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic, situated just 100 meters from the Belvedere di San Rocco. Right nearby is the famous Bellavista Bar, which offers breathtaking panoramic views overlooking the entire bay. As a nice perk, guests receive a breakfast voucher to enjoy their breakfast right there with that stunning scenery! The room is cozy, clean, and comfortable, featuring a nice bed and a window that offers a partial view of the bay. It is ideally suited for solo travelers looking for a peaceful and authentic getaway. The host, Peppe, is extremely kind and welcoming, making sure everything goes smoothly during the stay. I truly enjoyed my time in Scilla, and Al Vicoletto made it feel like home. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Disliked: The staircase is a bit narrow, so it might not be suitable for guests with limited mobility or heavy luggage.

Clean quiet, great location. Basic amenities with great little breakfast

Liked: Super clean, great location, quiet. Breakfast offered in a cafe two minutes away with the most spectacular view Basic accommodation for a few nights stay The host is friendly and super easy to communicate with

Disliked: The stairs are very narrow and steep, so could be a challenge for certain people. Besides that everything was as expected

Tiny room that failed my expectations

Liked: The location-near the stairs or elevator to go to the beach.

Disliked: The room isn't like you see in the picture. First, there is NO nice view from the balcony as the picture shows on Booking. You see other buildings which are very close from one another. Some sea is seen from the distance. The views and nice images you see on the Booking is from a cafe where breakfast is served. The cafe is beautiful, but this isn't where you are staying or receive a special service because of the accommodation. The breakfast served was just one croissant and coffee. That's it! I don't call this a breakfast. The room and bathroom were very very tiny. The apartment looked old with dirty walls. I regretted that I booked the place. It is also not so easy to park around the place. It is full of cars. We found a spot but up in the hill. If you aren't an experienced driver, you would hate it.The owner wasn't so friendly as so many people mentioned here.

Good for a short stay for a couple

Liked: The manager is helpful and accomodating and the location is good for Scilla town centre and the elevator (€2/single trip) down to the beach area.

Disliked: Breakfast is pretty modest - a coffee/croissant voucher at the Bellavista bar round the corner. Room is pretty small with no wifi.

Liked: Great location in old town. Lots of steps but that means you get the views from the lovely balcony. Use of communal kitchen especially large fridge & freezer very good. Nice & clean. Close to good local bars & traditional restaurants. Breakfast a local cafe excellent
