Very good
Liked: Breakfast not included but was given breakfast provisions for my stay which was unexpected. Large fridge and kettle in room but no cup/plate. The manager kindly picked me up from the airport and was very helpful. Beautiful location in the heart of Chianalea and excellent views from the restaurant upstairs.
Disliked: Shower leaked onto floor and clothes hanging rail in wardrobe far too high.Very spacious room with effective air con.
Liked: You go as a guest and come as a friend. Frank is one of a kind. The area of the b&b is amazing, central and easy to get to the beach. Excellent food and especially Frank who took care of everything, from picking us up from the airport to making sure that we were comfortable.

Disliked: Confusion on the checkin. The address was number 46 and only when we were at the door they told us 44. All other apartments we stayed prepared a text message explaining every checkin/out details except this one. It smelled like moisture when we came in. The walls had moisture stains. Dirty pillow on one of the beds. Dirty towels and below the number of guest (only 3 - we were 4). 1x Toilet paper only + some small remains available. No toiletries. The hosts were in the restaurant (did not speak English) and we had to wait 20min to get all the missing stuff (more towels, more toilet paper and toiletries to take a bath). Noisy street (windows and doors not noise isolated) with motor bikes passing right next to our ears and kids shouting and playing football right in the field in front of the door. Not a nice experience. In the 7 apartments in this trip so far this was the only one that really disappointed. Take some other apartment.
Superb
Liked: Great location by the sea! The water is clear and warm. We left our car right in front of the restaurant. The entrance to the room is unusual, directly from a small street near the church. I would like the room to be a little better ventilated, but everything else is great! Perfect for a long trip and a one-night stay!

Liked: Really good location. I was few minutes from everything. Althrough i had a room downstairs which is propably considered not the best one I still enjoyed being in the centre, few steps of restaurants and the sea. The owner took me by car from the port at Villa San Giovanni, good comunication and very helpful. For breakfast I could go the the closest coffee shop with nice view. Everything was very clean and prepared.
Disliked: For someone could be the groundfloor room a problem, not a view on the sea from the room. I would also say it could be small for 4 people. But still good for few nights.
