  we came very late at night, had a very helpful person at the checkin and next day

  Disliked: location direct on the beach even if we just needed it for a emergency stay due to travel from Sicily to Rome last minute

  Liked: Proximity yo train station and beach. Good shower.

  Disliked: The place was maybe a 4 star 60 years ago but definitely no longer. Everything is very outdated. The room was not particularly clean and the walls are very thin.

  Disappointing, sad to say but Calabria still has a lot to learn in this industry!

  Liked: Location is great! Too bad about the staff and extremely poor communication skills!

  Disliked: Staff have absolutely no communication skills not too mention often not answering the phone or hanging up when dealing with a situation and leaving an unmanned reception while having a good old chit chat amongst themselves! Insist that they keep your room key and when we tried to call them to notify that our train had been delayed we had to go through their sister hotel which was another disaster to get through to them and nobody had a care in the world at 11pm at night! Appalling! Quite upset as I had booked this for my son and his wife as part of their honeymoon vacation and unfortunately after travelling throughout all of Europe Calabria had to be their worst experience!

  Liked: I had a very positive experience at Hotel U'Bais. The staff are so professional, accommodating and helpful. The room was very comfortable, the air conditioning was very comfortable to have during these very hot days and the breakfast was full of options for everyone. 👍🏻
