  Liked: The apartment is in perfect location (close to the beautiful beaches, terme, tourist attractions of Sirmione like Grotte di Catullo, Castello Scaligero di Sirmione, centro storico, restaurant's/cafe's, etc.). There is a parking. The apartment has 2 terrace's with a side lake/terme view, the kitchen is very well equipped. There is a coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and much more. You get a welcome gift like a bottle of a good vine which is nice surprise. The owner Family is so friendly and helpful. They respond immediately if you have any questions or requests. Everything was ok. I would recommend this apartment to everyone who wants to stay in Sirmione and explore this part of Lake Garda.

  Apartment felt like home

  Liked: Alice was a superb host. She took us personally to the important places we needed to know and was super friendly. She also booked a taxi for us for our departure. She was absolutely great. The apartment felt like home and had everything we needed, even a complimentary bottle of Limoncello! The apartment was very quiet, had a lovely terrace and overlooked the spa gardens.

  Liked: The apartment is perfectly located - right in the heart of Sirmione, just steps away from the terms, a few minutes walk to the Scaligero Castle, the Grottoes of Catullus and the beach. the host also took care of the ZTL access permit, which was very convenient.

  Liked: This is our first trip to Italy and Alice's apartments were the first where we stayed. And we are delighted, first of all, because we were lucky with the place where we stayed. The apartments are spacious, bright and very clean. There are all the dishes and kitchen utensils that everyone usually needs at home. We were pleased with the roaster, kettle, microwave and coffee maker with delicious coffee. There is a washing machine and a dishwasher and everything for their use. Every detail is thought out. Furniture and equipment are in excellent condition. Although the apartments are located in a favorite place for tourists, there is no noise either inside or on one of the two terraces. Within walking distance of the park and spa, restaurants. View of the park and Lake Garda. Parking is free, directly under the house. We were warmly welcomed with two animals. Upon arrival, a gift of a bottle of wine, mineral water and excellent quality handmade soap awaited us. The hostess is always in touch and takes care of the guests. I recommend staying at Alice's apartments for those who are going to Lake Garda.
