Exceptional
Very comfortable and pleasant. Staff were all friendly and helpful and the room was very clean
Liked: Breakfast was very good. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The only negative was that there were some ants in the room.
Disliked: The shower leaked on to the bathroom floor.
A beautiful hotel with friendly staff and a perfect location, but the room was uncomfortably cold during our late-Octobe
Liked: The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the hotel itself is beautiful. Its location is fantastic, right on the main street in the heart of Sirmione’s Old Town. Parking is located about 500 metres away, and the hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service to and from the parking area, which is very convenient. We also really enjoyed the breakfast at the lovely restaurant across the street. The food was delicious, and it was a great way to start the day.
Disliked: We stayed at the end of October, when it was already cold outside. Unfortunately, the central heating was not switched on until November, so our room was freezing. This was especially uncomfortable after returning from the spa and long walks
A stylish and comfortable stay in a perfect Old Town location
Liked: We had a very pleasant stay. The room was exceptionally clean and, although compact, it included everything we needed. The shower had hot water and very good pressure. The hotel is stylish and ideally located in the heart of the Old Town. We especially appreciated the thoughtful arrangements for our late arrival. Communication was excellent, and the parking instructions were shared in advance and explained very clearly.
Disliked: If you are arriving by car, please note that the parking area is located outside the Old Town, around 700 metres from the hotel. The hotel advertises a shuttle service, but in practice, the service was less flexible than expected. The shuttle was only available around the agreed check-in and check-out times. Guests who leave by car during the day and return later should not assume that transportation back to the hotel will be available. This could be particularly inconvenient for anyone with mobility limitations. At check-out, we expected the shuttle to be arranged, but no suitable time was available. The alternative offered was two to three hours later, which was not practical for our schedule. It seems that demand for the service may exceed availability, so I strongly recommend booking the shuttle with the hotel at least one or two days in advance. Breakfast was simple but enjoyable. The selection was mainly continental rather than traditionally Italian, with croissants and jams being the main Italian-style options.
Amazing hotel and staff in a perfect location
Liked: Perfect hotel in a brilliant location close to restaurants and the ferry. The staff were amazing and went over and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Breakfast was amazing served in their restaurant across the street. Rooms were super size and very quiet at night. A special thanks to Michaela who drove us to Peschiera hospital when we were struggling to get a taxi. This was one of the best hotels we have stayed in when visiting Italy and we can't wait to return next year, highly recommend staying here.

Memorable 3 day stay at Sirmione
Liked: Beautiful location. Enter the peninsula of Sirmione through an walled entrance by an ancient castle. Unique setting, entrance small doorway to Hotel's small reception, amongst narrow streets and shops. Comfortable bed, very clean room. Enjoyed the experience of eating our excellent breakfast al fresco in their restaurant opposite.
Disliked: There wasn't anything I didnt like. We found hotel had everything we needed for 2 nights stay but be aware there are no views. Only other facilities are the courtesy room with seating, shower room and snacks and drinks.
We had the best time in Sirmione it is beautiful….even though it was busy
