  Host very rude

Liked: The place was very clean and it was located near the beach. There were restaurants downstairs and along the street. It has a nice balcony and all amenities listed.

Disliked: The host was very rude, we requested an arrival time within the time frame listed in the website and it was approved. We arrived exactly at the time we said, and tried to contact the host by messaging via booking.com. We had no response and attempted to call, but the call did not go through as our phone had no service in Italy. After 18 minutes of not hearing back from the host, we decided to check the mail box and found the key to the apartment, we reviewed the confirmation receipt and everything seemed to match (1 bed apartment with a jacuzzi). The host contacted us 3 hours later to ask what time to expect us. We mentioned that we were already inside and asked how we got in. We mentioned that we found the keys in the mailbox. 3 hours later (6 hours after we checked in), she came by and was very rude, insulting us that we went in without her consent. My kids were scared that the police was going to take us to jail. The keys left in the mailbox were for the apartment next door we were supposed to be in, and the host kept blaming us for the mistake, she even said "these booking.com people always do the same"

We had a good time relaxing at this property. We highly recommend it for both long and short stays at the lake

Liked: The apartment is big, comfortable and well equipped. The balconies have cute sitting areas to enjoy a cup of tea or a sip of wine. And the absolute hit was the jacuzzi - it helped us relax after a long day exploring the lake. The property is situated in a quiet nice area within a short walk to the lake, cafes, shops, several beaches. We’ll definitely be back!
